How We Got Here
Our collaboration with KnowledgeWorkx has grown over many years and many projects, culminating in the co-creation of the Certificate in Intercultural Coaching. In continuing to strengthen our partnership and deepen our shared impact, the natural next step was to formalise what was already a close and productive relationship.
About North Point Academy
Started in 2012 in Dubai, North Point Academy empowers clients to build transformational communities of people living from the inside-out. Through thousands of hours of coaching and training leaders from dozens of nationalities, we have developed proprietary coaching methodology, models and tools to serve clients through our coaching and leadership development programmes.
Our flagship programmes are the Certificate in Professional Coaching and the Certificate in Intercultural Coaching — both accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
About KnowledgeWorkx
KnowledgeWorkx equips professionals with the cultural agility they need to navigate cultural and interpersonal gaps. Over the last 20 years, they have developed solutions that are global, locally relevant, holistic and practical — connecting national, personal, team and organisational culture through tools including the Three Colors of Worldview, 12 Dimensions of Culture, Everything DiSC, and Five Behaviors frameworks.

- You will continue to work with the same people you have in the past
- Your fees and costs will not change
- Services provided in the past will continue to be offered
- All mentoring sessions — group and individual — remain available
- All accreditations held from North Point Academy remain valid
